Primary Areas of Practice

Mr. Valliere is a trial lawyer concentrating his practice on civil litigation, primarily personal injury, municipal law, and insurance defense.

Representative Experience

Prior to joining Gebhardt & Kiefer in 2018, Mr. Valliere worked as an in-house trial attorney with two top-tier insurance companies, representing a diverse roster of clients.  He has completed numerous trials to verdict in both the Law Division and Special Civil Part of the New Jersey Superior Court.  He also has experience with subrogation.

Educational and Professional Background

Mr. Valliere graduated from Purdue University with a B.A. in Political Science in 2007 and received his Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2010.  While at Villanova, he served as Chairman of the Villanova Honor Board.  He also received the Dorothy Day Public Service Award for significant pro-bono service while a law student. 

During law school Mr. Valliere interned with the Navy Judge Advocate General at their Southwest Navy Legal Service Office (NLSO Southwest).  He also interned in the New Jersey Superior Court for the Honorable Jamie D. Happas, as an intern in Mass Torts litigation.

After receiving his law degree, Mr. Valliere interned for Senator Dick Durbin in the United States Senate, on the Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on Financial Services and General Government. He also served as a Law Clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court to the Honorable Ann McCormick in the Civil & Chancery Division, and as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Arnold Natali, Jr. in the Civil Division. 

Mr. Valliere is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Professional and Community Affiliations

Mr. Valliere is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, New Jersey Defense Association, and Middlesex County Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Valliere is a member of the Lebanon Borough Shade Tree Committee and Lebanon Borough Historical Committee.
