SUSAN M. FLYNN

PRIMARY AREAS OF PRACTICE

Ms. Flynn’s primary areas of practice are probate litigation and municipal law.  Before coming to Gebhardt & Kiefer, Ms. Flynn practiced in the area of federal tax controversy and participated in litigation before the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

Ms. Flynn has represented and performed services on behalf of municipalities including the Borough of Washington, the Town of Clinton, Knowlton Township, the Borough of Hampton and the Township of East Amwell.  Ms. Flynn also assists in the handling of matters for individual and business clients.

EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Ms. Flynn graduated cum laude from Marist College in 1990 with a B.A. in Political Science.  She graduated from the Catholic University Columbus School of Law in 1993 with a J.D.  She is admitted to the New Jersey State bar, as well to the bars of the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Before coming to Gebhardt & Kiefer, Ms. Flynn was employed in Hackensack, New Jersey from 1994-2001.  She has been an Associate of Gebhardt & Kiefer since 2006.

Ms. Flynn is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
