Ms. Rosenthal has handled a wide variety of litigated matters. Moreover, Ms. Rosenthal successfully defended the appeal of volunteer firefighters who brought suit against a municipality for severe injuries they sustained while engaged in a training drill on municipal property. She also successfully defended a commercial property owner in a jury trial in New Jersey State Court against a citizen who claimed she fell on a defective sidewalk outside her dentist's office. Ms. Rosenthal also recently successfully defeated the counterclaim of a chiropractor, serving prison time for insurance fraud, who was seeking payment of approximately $287,000 from an insurance company for medical services rendered to various insureds and was awarded a judgment for her client in excess of $110,000. Ms. Rosenthal successfully dismissed, via summary judgment motion, the claim of inadequate security by an exterminator against a pizza parlor owner, when the exterminator was injured diving to the floor to avoid gun-shots fired by an armed robber.

In addition, representing both employees and employers, she has successfully resolved numerous employment matters involving claims of discrimination and sexual harassment.
