On May 2, John Manfreda will present a free program on Estate Planning at the North County Branch of the Hunterdon County Library in Clinton from 6 – 8 PM.John Manfreda  He will discuss wills, trusts, probate, NJ inheritance and estate tax planning, estate planning for blended families, Medicaid and asset protection planning strategies, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, and elder law.  Registration is required.

On April 20, Tara St. Angelo will speak at the Somerset County Bar Association’s “Land Use Law Symposium and Basic Course in Land Use Law and Planning.”  Tara St. AngelowThe program will cover all aspects of municipal land use required by DCA regulations for planning and zoning board member mandatory certification. On March 10, Gebhardt & Kiefer was pleased to sponsor the 10th Annual St. Patricks’s Day Parade in Clinton, organized by Hunterdon's Friendly Sons of St. Patrick.

On March 7, Gebhardt & Kiefer donated 140 ShopRite gift cards to help sustain the services of the Open Cupboard Food Pantry in Clinton, whose building was destroyed by a devastating fire on February 25.

Gebhardt & Kiefer managing partner William Rudnik presented the gift cards to Rich Reiner, president of the Open Cupboard’s Board of Directors.  Reiner is accepting gift card donations for the Food Pantry at his office, Reiner Insurance, on Main Street in Clinton, and says the need is ongoing.Donation to Open Cupboard

The donation is part of Gebhardt & Kiefer’s year-long initiative of giving back to the local community in celebration of its 140th anniversary.  The firm is donating needed supplies to local charities in quantities of 140 throughout the year, in addition to donating 140 hours of community service by Gebhardt & Kiefer employees.
